Welcome to Rewards by Sheetz. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Rewards program available at https://rewards.sheetz.us. By accessing or using the Rewards program, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Eligibility

To participate in the Rewards program, you must be at least 13 years of age and located in the United States. Sheetz reserves the right to verify eligibility and may terminate accounts that violate these requirements.

Account Registration & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. Sheetz is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access due to your failure to safeguard your login information.

Earning & Redeeming Points

Points are earned on qualifying purchases made through participating Sheetz locations or via the official Sheetz app. Points expire 12 months after the date they are earned. Rewards may be redeemed for eligible food, beverage, and merchandise items, subject to availability and program rules. Redemption values and point requirements are subject to change without notice.

Program Modifications & Termination

Sheetz reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Rewards program, including rules, point values, rewards catalog, or eligibility criteria, at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the program after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Limitations of Liability

THE REWARDS PROGRAM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” SHEETZ DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. SHEETZ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PROGRAM.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.
